  • Pastors usually take modest salaries so that the church can use its resources for growth and stability. Although pastors don’t retire, they do transition into new roles.

  • At Devoted we believe that the church should plan for pastoral succession. To ensure that a lack of financial resources is not what hinders our response to God’s next calling.

  • 1-Day Seminar: We will help your church elder board and pastor become fully educated on the financial and non-financial considerations when preparing for their pastor’s retirement.

2-Day Workshop: We will guide your church elder board and pastor through deciding which solutions work best for your church and pastor.

  • Fundamentals of a Faithful Steward is a course designed to equip stewards with the resources they need to achieve true financial independence and start using money to impact God’s Kingdom. It starts by understanding biblical perspectives on the 5 uses of money.
